Strategic Talent Acquisition
The current dynamics of change and the constantly changing expectations of those who are offering work, and of those who are buying work, are calling for another, strategic approach to gaining people. The consulting company Amrop Slovakia is aware of the solution and therefore it dealt with this topic on the next meeting of the Coffee time with Amrop series. It took place on November 23, 2017 in Bratislava’s Binarium. Invited guests – mainly top managers from significant companies and human resources experts – discussed with Amrop about the challenges that companies face today and the solutions provided by Strategic Talent Acquisition. The meeting’s program was led by Ladislava Molnárová, Talent Acquisition Partner, who has invited three great guests to the debate about the successful Amrop concept – Miroslava Rusnoková, representative of the new generation and new approach to HR, Zuzana Vinklerová, member of the top management with HR Responsibilities and Ľuboš Lopatka, successful, top and strategic manager.

Winter Coffee time with Amrop
The i4 Neuroleader Model
The consulting company Amrop Slovakia continues to organize expert discussion meetings of a series Coffee time with Amrop. Winter series of three events gradually took place in Bratislava (February 7, 2017), Nitra (February 9, 2017) and Košice (February 14, 2017). Amrop presented The i4 Neuroleader Model developed with the latest knowledge about brain and its strengthening. Invited guests – mainly top managers of leading companies and experts in the field of human resources were among the first who can learn about it. Amrop brings it to Slovakia in cooperation with The About My Brain Institute. The workshops performed certified The i4 Practitioners Igor Šulík, Managing Partner of Amrop.

Autumn Coffee time with Amrop
We believe in people!
After the spring event with the theme Talent Dynamics and its successful implementation in practice, the consulting company Amrop prepared another discussion meeting from the expert discussion meetings series called Coffee time with Amrop and the event was held on October 27, 2016. Invited guests – mainly HR managers could listen to Zuzana Poláková and drink a cup of quality coffee alongside. Zuzana Poláková is a Human Resources Director of IKEA Germany – the largest IKEA organization of 51 department stores, 17,000 employees and a turnover of 4.7 billion euros in the last financial year. The meeting had motto We believe in people! and was organized by Amrop in cooperation with the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in the Slovak Republic, German-Slovak Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Slovak-Austrian Chamber of Commerce and Zuzana Poláková spoke on the importance of people in IKEA and their contribution to the success of the company.

Coffee time with Amrop in Trenčín
The Talent Dynamic
The consulting company Amrop Slovakia continues to organize expert meeting discussions of a series Coffee time with Amrop since December 2011, which has been bringing together invited guests as members of the boards and senior management, CEOs, HR managers and entrepreneurs to have a common discussion with the partners from Amrop and drink a cup of coffee alongside. This year’s string of meetings began on March 23 with return to the theme Talent Dynamics that Amrop introduced as a new program in always innovated portfolio almost exactly a year ago. The main guest of the meeting was Martin Hypký, General Manager of TOMRA Sorting, world leader in separation technology. The discussion leader at this event was Andrea Vadkerti, a worldwide license Talent Dynamics consultant. The partner of spring meeting series of Coffee time with Amrop was hotel Elizabeth in Trenčín.

How to play and win additional 30% in performance
After the spring meeting about topic Talent Dynamics the consulting company Amrop Slovakia continues to organize expert meeting discussions of a series Coffee Time with Amrop (it took place on October 21, 2015). How to play and win additional 30% in performance was the main topic and the guests – especially HR managers can listened Rastislav Madunický with a cup of quality coffee. Rastislav Madunický with the professionals from Amrop introduced effective leaders manual containing best performing and best practice management style which have a positive influence on the motivation of individuals and also team, relationships and organizational climate, overall performance and job satisfaction. The meeting, which is part of the yearlong celebration of the 25th anniversary of the personnel consultancy in Slovakia was closed with discussion about the latest trends in motivating teams and improving performance. Partner of the event was the Au Café, successor of coffeehouse tradition that began on riverside of Danube in Bratislava in 1827.

The consulting company Amrop Slovakia continues to organize expert meeting discussions of a series Coffee time with Amrop since December 2011, which has been bringing together invited guests as members of the boards and senior management, CEOs, HR managers and entrepreneurs to have a common discussion with the professionals from Amrop Slovakia and drink a cup of coffee alongside. The first series in 2015 took place on February 17 in Bratislava, then one day later in Košice and then on February 24 in Žilina. The Talent Dynamics was the main topic, which also corresponds with the new program in always innovated portfolio of Amrop. Among the key guests were include a hockey trainer Vladimír Vůjtek, manager and businessman Martin Kohút and also manager and communal politician Richard Rybníček. The discussion leader at these events was Andrea Vadkerti, who is also an ambassador of 25th Anniversary campaign of personnel consultancy in Slovakia and successful story of Jenewein Group and its specialized firms Amrop and Fipra on the Slovak and CEE market. The partner of the February meeting series of Coffee Time with Amrop was Panta Rhei, the network operator of Café Dias coffeehouses.

Coffee time with Amrop
Couch is not a couch
The consulting company Amrop Slovakia continues to organize expert meeting discussions of a series Coffee time with Amrop also in 2014 after several successful rounds on various topics. This time, invited guests – members of the boards and senior management, CEOs, HR managers and entrepreneurs were given an opportunity to experience coaching firsthand and to discuss among themselves with the professionals from Amrop Slovakia on the given theme Kouč nie je gauč (Couch is not a couch) while enjoying a cup of coffee. Choosing this particular topic is closely related to strengthening of the services in the field of Executive Coaching where Amrop as one of the very few in Slovakia which uses the latest neuroscience knowledge and builds on the groundbreaking findings on how the human brain can affect the performance of managers and leaders. In addition to this advantage, Amrop created a unique team of nine certified coaches on the Slovak market. Four of them Eva Uhríková, Dalibor Bednařík, Boris Dobiš and Ján Dubnička, were the guests and the main speakers of this successful meeting that took place in Bratislava on February 11, where they introduced an interactive form of coaching, silent coaching, what coaching is and what is not, whether managers are ready for coaching or the difference between coaching, mentoring and counseling. The second meeting took place in Košice on March 12, and its partner was U. S. Steel. Amrop supports the activities of Liga proti rakovine (League against Cancer) by both of these events. Thanks to these partnerships the participants could meet the executive director Eva Kováčová.

Coffee time with Amrop
HR Budgeting
Amrop Slovakia continues in organizing professional discussion meetings from the series Coffee time with Amrop with a new topic. The invited guests – top managers of leading companies and experts in the field of human resources, discussed over the cup of coffee among themselves and with professionals from Slovak Amrop, too, on the topic Who decides about money, decides almost about anything with the subtitle HR BUDGETING. After Bratislava, where the event took place on October 1, 2013 next event was held on October 18, 2013 in Košice. The main guest was Jaroslav Holeček, manager with extremely successful career in the human resources management, currently President of Association of Automotive Industry of Slovak Republic. An ambition of Amrop is to create a platform for regular meeting and exchange of experience, open for experts acting in the field of human capital. This time a partner of the event in Bratislava was Coffee Chef expert for optimal solution of coffee for offices and companies.

Context Driven Leadership Assessment
After another event from the series Coffee time with Amrop, focused on the topic related to the presentation of the innovated service Context Driven Leadership Assessment that we have organized in October 2012, we decided to continue in this line. And therefore, during May, June and July at head office of Amrop, several times met invited guests – top managers of eminent companies and experts in the field of human resources-to talk to each other and enjoy a cup of coffee. We are pleased that this innovated service, that Amrop enriched by elements inspired by neurology to give clients a truly comprehensive assessment of managers, sparked interest. Our ambition is to create eventually a platform for a regular meetings and exchange of experiences opened to professionals working in the field of human capital.

Retained (and other) Executive Search companies in Slovakia
On December 8, 2011 in comfortable club rooms at the headquarters of the Jenewein Group an initial event of the series of Coffee time, for this once as Coffee time with Amrop took place. Invited guests – top managers of outstanding companies, human resources professionals, journalists and students along with experts of consulting company Amrop Slovakia have discussed the topic of Retained (and other) Executive Search companies in Slovakia over a cup of gourmet coffee. Discussion conducted in an informal atmosphere was around a study Retained and Contingency Executive Search: The Key Differences prepared by the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC). Network of stores Casa del Caffé has become partner of the event, and the served coffee was introduced and prepared by Mr Michal Šturc – perhaps the most respected coffee expert in Slovakia.
