• Roma employment support – successful practice examples
Amrop Jenewein is preparing another series of events linked together by the motto Strategic Talent Acquisition or How to acquire the right people for the future? in partnership with HRcomm Club VÝCHOD. This time, we chose one of another successful activity by us – the connection of the Amrop brand with the campaign prijatelni.sk and OZ Divé maky, to get inspiration when choosing the main topic. Thus, on September 26, 2019, in Košice, the guests of the panel discussion will talk about the possibilities of the Roma employment support and the successful practice examples. Amrop's contribution is making a meaningful link between employers, NGOs, and the public sector, to take one step further. We aim to contribute to reducing discrimination against disadvantaged groups in the labor market and to give a chance to the talents they hide. On behalf of Amrop Jenewein, the event is coordinated by Ladislava Molnárová, Talent Acquisition Partner and guarantor of cooperation with the non-profit sector. The panel discussion will be led by Silvia Kušnírová from SKPR Strategies and a member of the Board at OZ Divé maky.

  • Corporates for children. THANK YOU! initiative kicked off for the 10th time
On Sunday, September 8, 2019, we run to help the children. Amrop Slovakia again actively supported one of the main events of the Children’s Safety Line, NPO – the run 21 km for children. Already for the jubilee 10th time and under the Corporates for children. THANK YOU! logo, we were addressing our partners, clients and the public to excite and unite them for a good thing. In addition to our own running team and company team competition support, we engaged in volunteering activities to prepare and organize the event. The run 21 km for children has its sporting, social and family, but mostly charitable dimension – all money collected from the entry fee or from the gifts are every year directly used for the activities of Children's Safety Line. Also this year, we were focusing on the geographic expansion of the run from Bratislava's Partizánska lúka – runners can join us anywhere in Slovakia or elsewhere in the world. All you need to do is to support the Children's Safety Line at a distance and do a running training or corporate running event for it. Let's help those, who help others.

  • Amrop introduces By Role specializations
The world of work is changing rapidly: scissors between demand and supply on the labor market are in some cases increasingly more open and the requirements for potential employees are different too. Thanks to the unique 3D specialization (By Industry – By Ownership – By Role), Amrop understands very well not only the specific contexts of individual sectors, the impact of the type of ownership on the needs and functioning of organizations, but also the mission and nature of standardized and specialized positions. And just By Role specialization has become an incentive to create a series in which Amrop consultants will gradually introduce nine major positions for organizations and the profile of optimum candidates who will surely succeed in them. In addition to our own websites and social networks, we will also use the media collaboration with InStore Slovakia magazine to present individual parts to the professional public, in which Amrop Slovakia has become an exclusive partner of the section People.

  • Amrop Jenewein Jahresheuriger 2019
Günther Tengel, together with Andrea Viehauser from Amrop Jenewein in Austria, as every year, invited us to the corporate summer celebration Amrop Jenewein Jahresheuriger. In a beautiful sunny weather, on July 2, 2019, Ladislava Molnárová, Matej Taliga and Igor Šulík attended at the Zum Martin Sepp restaurant in the Grinzing district of Vienna, where they met with more than five hundred invited international guests. Together with business partners, friends and acquaintances, we have once again confirmed that the key to a successful future is the ability to function as one team. Creating a truly integrated or even family environment is highly valued in the business. Under the motto Think globally, act locally, this year's celebration also had another important dimension – it was a celebration of the four decades of the successful story of Amrop Jenewein in Austria. As well as in our Czech-Slovak group Jenewein Group, which also includes the Slovak Amrop, Dr. Jean-François Jenewein stood at its beginning.

  • Jenewein Group again supported the project Mission – Celebrities are couriers
On June 3, 2019, almost fifty celebrities of cultural, sporting and social life once again went into the streets of Bratislava on the bicycles in the role of special couriers to engage in a charitable project to help the handicapped people. This help consists of purchasing, for the money collected, of the medical devices for specific children and young people, who can’t be reimbursed by their insurance companies, while they need these devices to improve the quality of their life. Every year, the Mission manages to raise money for eight to ten medical devices (11,614,30 € was collected this year). Jenewein Group supported this activity and ordered an actress and singer Lucia Lužinská as a courier, who came to our headquarters together with chef Martin Korbelič and moderator Ludwig Bagin. In addition to the few minutes we spent with the couriers and the art-certified certificate by Peter Stankovič, we were also pleased with the fact that we shared our success and supported a meaningful project.

  • The concert Chyťme sa za ruky traditionally with Jenewein Group’s support
Jenewein Group has been supporting a beneficial event Chyťme sa za ruky (Let us hold hands) for several years. The tenth annual edition was held on May 26, 2019, in the courtyard of the historic neo-Gothic manor house in Galanta, for around 600 mentally and physically handicapped children and adults from 22 institutes and facilities to integrate and include them in more than a hundred "regular" visitors. As Milan Štefánik, the founder of the Civic Association for mentally handicapped, wrote to us in gratitude, the disabled clients of these facilities have almost no opportunity to participate in a music concert or other event during the year. Therefore, every year, the Civic Association organizes a meaningful benefit concert for them, in which mostly children are actively involved with their own program. Traditionally, a number of singers and bands, including guests from abroad, performed at the concert that is pro bono, while this year Marián Miezga was the presenter. The program was complemented by creative workshops, dance lessons, decorating plaster casts, face painting and hot wax painting on the paper wax or canvas painting.
