Igor is a Managing Leadership Partner of the company and a member of the Jenewein Group Strategy Board. He concentrates his long term experience in Executive Search consulting primarily on developing cooperation with multinational companies. He also focuses on leading professional practice teams in the area of Leadership Services. He joined the firm in 2002. In the international context he is the Amrop Global Practice Group Industrial.

Within the CEO & Board Practice he focuses on developing strategic relations with the top managers and leaders of companies. He also provides solutions through Board Consulting projects specializing in Board Search, Board Design, Board Appraisal and Board Review both for Boards and Executives in private as well as public sectors. He delivers consulting solutions in Corporate Governance issues on both local and international levels.

Igor has a long term experience with managing and executions of international Executive Search across the wide spectrum of Board and C-level and other management positions for various companies. He has qualification and experience with leading consulting projects in Leadership Services with special focus on organizational structure consulting including potential analysis and Board and Management Development. As a member of the international NeuroLeadership Institute he is responsible for designing Context Driven Leadership Assessment services based on the latest findings from cognitive social neuroscience.

Prior to joining Amrop Igor worked for another Executive Search consulting company where for some time he held the position of Acting Director of the Slovak branch. He started his career in office management of a venture capital fund.

Igor is a member of the Governing Board of European Public Policy Partnership (EPPP) – advisory and analytical institute operating in Bratislava and Brussels. He is also a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), and official i4 Partner of The About My Brain Institute. He is also very active in the areas of lecturing and publishing in Slovakia and abroad.
