Ladislava is a Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for the strategy of creating and sustainable Talent Supply Chain in the concept of Strategic Talent Acquisition. At the same time, she coordinates By-Role Practices – working groups specializing in completion of projects involving certain types of positions. She also coordinates Executive Coaching projects. She joined the firm in 2007.
Ladislava has over eight years of experience in Executive Search, numerous successful placements in top management positions mainly in Healthcare/Life Science and Consumer Markets sector especially in Pharmacy, Providing of Healthcare, Retail, FMCG, Media and Advertising. She excels in seeking right solutions for Communication & Public Affairs, Sales, Marketing a Human Resources assignments. Her responsibilities include business development in the area coaching and administration of the portfolio of coaching partners.
Before joining Amrop for over four years Ladislava worked as a Human Resources Manager for one of the largest global retailers. She was primary responsible for HR and training issues in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Throughout her career she has gained broad experience in preparation of competency models, staffing & recruitment, Compensations & Benefits, Motivation & Employee Satisfaction, Talent Management, Training & Development, Development Centres and Assessment Centres, Performance Management and Management or Personal Audits. As a member of the Board of Trustees at Diamant Dudince Spa, she uses practical experience in Providing of Healthcare and Tourism, including the Spa Industry.
Ladislava is actively involved in management diversity with focus on women in management and strengthening their leadership. She also manages corporate volunteering projects. She is engaged in projects of cooperation with non-for-profit sector and publishes number of expert articles. She actively represents Amrop Jenewein in HR community in Slovakia.
