Mario is a Managing Client Partner and a member of the Strategy Board of the Jenewein Group. As an experienced advisor, he primarily focuses on developing cooperation with local and/or family owned companies and leads professional teams working in the areas Executive Search & Leadership Consulting. From the position of Managing Client Partner, he is a crucial part of the partner team not only in establishing relationships with new clients, but mainly in maintaining long-lasting, mutually beneficial and strong partnerships with existing clients.
Mario is experienced in management and execution of international Executive Search projects in CEE region for top and middle management positions as well as highly specialized positions. In past more than ten years he has developed his knowledge and gained extensive experience in business processes, restructuring, quality, planning, marketing and sales. His core responsibility is to manage projects in Automotive & Industrial and Technology sectors. He dedicates a lot of his energy to family business clients and helps their owners to find optimal solutions in the areas of succession planning, further professional development of other family members involved in the business, clear definition of the roles of a business owner and a manager and provides consulting in business processes and organization. He supports these businesses in placing professional managers from outside the family in key positions.
Prior to joining Amrop in 2010 Mario worked for another international Executive Search company and managed his own accounts. Before moving to the Executive Search business he held a leadership role in telecommunication sector mainly in sales support, marketing, planning and quality.
Mario coordinates Corporates to Children. THANK YOU! initiative to support Children’s safety line. He is an active published author of articles and gives lectures mainly about family business topics.
