He has been a Senior Client Partner since 2018 and a member of the Jenewein Group Strategy Board. As a respected international headhunter and consultant, he is the key member of the Executive Search & Leadership Consulting professional teams. He plays an important role in establishing relationships with new clients and in maintaining long-lasting, mutually beneficial and strong partnerships with existing clients.
At the same time, as a Senior Client Partner of Jenewein Group in Office in Prague, which is the main contact point for the Czech and foreign clients doing business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, he is responsible for the search and development of business opportunities and their subsequent implementation on behalf of the Jenewein Group, a premier Strategic Management Consulting firm.
Miroslav has extensive experience in managing and implementing international projects at the top management level and highly specialized positions. He predominantly focuses on leadership and management in the Czech Republic and Slovakia across the whole spectrum of companies, specializing in the Financial & Professional Services and Consumer Markets & Media sectors. During his professional career, he has successfully completed many management challenges, which is a prerequisite for an optimal perception and a thorough knowledge of the positions he places in the consulting projects. A wide network of contacts in the Czecho-Slovak area is his natural advantage – he likes connecting people and encouraging such connections.
Prior to joining the company, he worked for an international Executive Search company where his main responsibility was to identify and execute comprehensive Czech-Slovak consulting projects. He moved to the consulting area from the management level, while in this period he gained experience with his own business and with work in a multinational corporation. He was part of a large European investment group and a global brand operating in the Retail area, for which he built the Slovak representation on the green field and a completely new market. This was followed by a managerial experience in the same sector with the possibility of applying to the CEE region holding structure. This experience allowed him to improve his senior management skills in sales, marketing and planning areas.
