Patricia works in company since 2020 and holds a position of a Research Consultant in the area of Executive Search and Strategic Talent Acquisition. Her main duties include active researching of data, which is further investigated in regards to the relevant market and subsequently analyzed. This leads to the establishment of an active communication with potential candidates.

Since entering the labour market, she has been developing her skills mostly in an area of Consumer & Retail. Gaining experience in various positions in this environment, she obtained strong work ethic. Patrícia believes that the key to success is endurance, enthusiastic approach and teamwork. She applies this attitude in practice as well since she is studying at the Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Management at the same time.
